 The psychology behind the Willie Lynch Paper's can be tweeked, refined, & applied to any situation dealing with troublesome subordinates.  Here is a short example of the outlined strategy.


1. Obtain control. Establish a hierarchy.  

2. Allow the subordinates to run through their feelings.  Do not allow them to get cute or act tough. 

3. Make a example out of the weakest link. Shower them with gifts and kind words. Then get rid of them.  Bring the hammer down swiftly.  And replace them even faster.  Nobody is bigger than our organization and what we are doing is amazing community outreach work.

The incident report continued.   Still paying rent with no room.  Not sure where my air mattress or locks are at Arlington property.  I'm currently using the supposed "common areas." Locks & mattress provided to me by NMO. I will be back by with Pablo later in the week.

 On 8/19/2023, EJG II LLC leased a room at 3854 Arlington ave. I changed the locks to the room. Placed furniture in the room. Left for work. And the locks were changed and my furniture was gone... EJG II has been reduced to the common areas. We are looking into solving this peacefully.
